For this discussion, I have chosen the first claim that is “Improve your memory in just 20 minutes”. I would test this claim by conducting research which starts with first extracting information about memory, improvement of memory and literature reviews related to it. The aim of the study would be to find out the how 20 minutes of physical activity might help to improve memory. The hypothesis would be formulated, which would be like “It is expected that 20 minutes of intense physical activity improves the performance at the interference memory tasks”. Operational definition of interference memory is the method in which the knowledge we currently understand and that information we have learned might obstruct our capacity to learn new information.
